Hearing what the community has to say is important to us, therefore from now until the event we will be offering a range of engagement opportunities to answer any questions that you may have as a member of the local community.

This will include community engagement events, letters, a contact telephone number and this residents' information page, which will be kept up-to-date with the latest information.

Speak to us in person

We will be facilitating two Community Information Evenings, focusing on local stakeholders and members of the community to allow everyone the opportunity to hear directly about the planned event activity. Our aim is to address any issues that may arise and to communicate everything prior to the event, but also to be responsive throughout the weekend.

The Community Information Evenings will be held in Ayr Town Hall at the following times:

  • Thursday 17th of August at 7pm
  • Thursday 24th of August at 7pm

To give everyone a chance to be heard, we ask that you attend only one out of the two evenings.

Please RSVP with names of anyone attending to by noon on the day of each event.
