Water based workout that raises your pulse as well as increasing muscle tone. Work at your own pace and put a smile on your face.

Adult swim lessons

Suitable if you are a beginner who would like to learn to swim, or a competent swimmer looking to improve your technique and fitness.

Evolve Classes

Beginners classes including Studio Cycling, Core Blast, Legs, Bums and Tums, Circuit, Circuit Series (gym class), Stretch and Core, 


Designed to tone, stretch, strengthen and give balance and control over the body.

Gentle Movement

A mix of Tai Chi and Qigong movements giving a unique blend of balance, mobility, relaxation and mental concentration


The perfect mind and body experience. Excellent for relaxation.
