Registering for Bookings

With our new system you are in control and able to book, pay for and cancel your activities online or through the App. This will be the case for fitness classes, gym and swim sessions, badminton, squash and even football pitches. Before being able to book, you must register your details and login. We've put together a handy how-to so that this process is as quick and easy as possible. Please follow the steps below and, once we launch the new system, you'll be ready to go! All members should have received an email on Friday 18th February with their new membership number, which is required to register for bookings. If you have not received this email please contact us here and we will investigate.

Booking Activities

We've put together some instructions showing you how to make bookings on our web ookings site. Please note, the journey shown is for fitness classes. If you would like to make sports bookings (for example five a side football or squash, then please select 'Sports Hall' or 'Squash' instead of 'Classes'

Family Bookings

On our new system you can now make family bookings through a single log in - this is done through creating a 'family group' on your log in. We've put some instructions and video on how to complete this below;

Creating New Family Member

  1. Log in to website
  2. Scroll down to 'Manage Family Members'
  3. Click 'Create Contact'
  4. Complete all necessary details
  5. Click 'Create Member'
  6. Your family member should now be showing on the next page
  7. This can be repeated for multiple family members

 

 

Booking Family Members

  1. Log in to website
  2. Click 'Drop Ins'
  3. Select Club then click green button
  4. Select 'Classes' then click green button
  5. Select all relevant sessions then click green button
  6. Select the date you want to book
  7. Select the session by clicking the arrow inside it
  8. In 'Number of Tickets' select how many people are swimming
  9. Use the drop down boxes to add the family members who are swimming
  10. Click 'Pay Now' and follow the instructions

If you're not able to make it to your booked activity then it's very easy to cancel online, as follows;

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make bookings?

Scan the QR code on one of our posters in the facilities to be taken straight to your new booking website. Here you will register a new account and link up your membership. Full details on how to complete this can be found in the pictures above

How do I use the App?

Download the app by scanning the QR code on the posters in facilities or search 'SAC Leisure' in your app store. Once downloaded and registered (above), log in with your registration details and you'll be able to book all your usual activities. Do I use the same membership card?

No. On our new app you'll be able to access your membership card and swipe into facilities. If you would prefer a physical card instead of or in addition to utilising the App, please ask at one of our facilities.  

Can I manage my bookings online?

Yes. Through our bookings website and app you're able to make, pay and even cancel bookings very easily.

How far in advance can I book?

You are still able to book up to 7 days in advance. Bookings open at 7am. For example, Yoga at 19:00 on Monday 28th February, can be booked from 7am on Monday 21st February.

Will I still be advised about class spaces if on a waiting list?

Yes. If you are on a waiting list for an activity and a space becomes available then emails will be sent out at regular intervals in advance of the class

Can I make a family booking?

We're excited to announce that you can now set up a family group on your log in which allows you to book the whole family through that single login. We've posted some instructions above!
