Important Information for Tenants

Our Housing Teams have been delivering services differently during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering services by phone, email, online and carrying out essential visits only, rather than any face to face appointments or drop in services at local offices.

This approach will continue, as government guidance still states that employees should work from home where they can. Going forward, we're looking at how and where we'll deliver some of our face to face services as we emerge from COVID-19, in line with the Council's commitment to a green recovery.

We'll keep you updated on any changes to service delivery.
