Explore the iconic  Rozelle House, the home of Alexander Goudie's magnificent 'Tam o' Shanter' inspired painting series. The scenes of Tam o' Shanter, local lore and Ayrshire heritage will come to life amongst the art and displays as you experience the haunting of Rozelle House! 

Rozelle House will be decorated atmospherically for Halloween between the 10th - 31st October and is FREE to visit during normal opening hours and no booking is required, however special performances require booking by purchasing a ticket.

The paid performances will last approximately 40 mins and feature 4 characters sharing their creepy and chilling tales of life, death, murder, and myth as they lead you through their abodes!

Suitable for 8 years of age and upwards at parental discretion

Entry ticket for 1 adult and one child (under 16 years)

About Tamfest

Since 2015 Tamfest has grown into an enchanting experience for the entire family. Each year a line from the epic poem is chosen as the subtheme to keep the festival fresh and offer new insight into the characters and explore the story of the Tam o' Shanter.Tamfest is Ayr's spooktacular Hallowe'en celebration with a Tam o' Shanter twist. So join ghosts, ghouls and goblins in the town centre for a frighteningly good day out!
