Section 29 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003

When the Building Standards Authority carry out safety works to a listed building, due to immediate danger, under Section 29 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003, the Building Standards Authority shall not submit an application under the Planning (Listed Building and conservation Area)(Scotland) Act 1997 to regularise the work carried out to the listed building.
