South Ayrshire Council to Introduce New Range of Memorial Options

South Ayrshire Council is pleased to confirm a range of new memorial options will be available to the public later this year.

These options provide families and individuals with thoughtful ways to commemorate loved ones across a variety of locations across the area.

These include plaques on benches; sculpture hedges or trees sculptures with plaques; blossom tree features; or memorial trees. 

All memorials will be maintained by the Council, and more information will be available on our website soon.  

Kevin Braidwood, South Ayrshire Council's Depute Chief Executive and Director - Housing, Operations and Development said: "We understand how important it is for people to have a special place to remember those they have lost. By offering a range of memorial options in some of South Ayrshire's most peaceful and scenic locations, we hope to provide a space to reflect for families and friends."
