Platinum Anniversary Celebrations for William and May

William and May Wallace recently celebrated their Platinum Wedding Anniversary.

William, originally from Maybole, and May, of Ayr, met and got married in Ayr, where they now also live. The couple had 3 children and have 7 grandchildren.

The pair were visited by Depute Provost, Mary Kilpatrick, who congratulated the couple on their momentous anniversary and presented them with a bouquet of flowers to mark the occasion.
