South Ayrshire Youth Council
SAYC is set up of elected young people across South Ayrshire, representing the views of their peers on issues that matter most and supporting to address key issues and make positive changes.
South Ayrshire Youth Events
Young volunteers who meet to plan and deliver a range of Youth Events tailored to the need/request of young people.
Locality Youth Voice
Interactive groups where young people have a say on issues within their local community or fundraise or help plan local events/activities.
Say It Out LOUD Award
SIOL Award provides a framework for South Ayrshire Primary and Secondary Schools to listen and involve young people in the actions for support around Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Pupil Voice - SA Schools
Various opportunities through School to have a voice through either Pupil Councils or Pupil Leadership Groups or themed focus groups such as MVP/LGBT+ or Eco Groups.
SA Young Carers
Wee Carers Voice Group - for primary aged young carers, Young Carers Voice Group - for secondary aged young carers. Young Carers Strategy Implementation Group - we welcome young carers of all ages to be part of our strategy group to be directly involved in conversations and decisions.
Champions Board
The Champions Board gives care-experienced young people the space to speak up, share ideas, and help shape real change in South Ayrshire. Making sure they're part of the decisions that affect their life.
