If you are at risk of disconnection due to no funds on your gas and/or electricity meters or cannot afford to top them up due to unforseen circumstances, you should make an application for a crisis grant.  

To help you with maintaining your fuel supply in the future please also complete our referral form.  We can ensure you are receiving all welfare benefits and grants you are entitled to and provide a full money advice service including budgeting and debts.  If you engage with us you may also be eligible for further financial support, we work in partnership with Home Energy Scotland, The Fuel Bank Foundation and energy suppliers to access financial assistance with your home energy costs when you are working with our service.
