Our brand new Inspire (ASN) gymnastics sessions are pay as you go sessions priced at £3.50 per session at Mossblown Activity Centre. These sessions last 30-minutes and are split by the following age ranges:
- 4 to 8 Years - 3.30pm to 4pm
- 9 to 12 Years - 4pm to 4.30pm
These sessions are stations based, providing children with a safe and supportive environment where parents/guardians and coaches can work together to allow children to explore the gymnastics environment. The sessions will follow our monthly planner for classes, with stations tying into whatever the focus that month may be. You will find information about this on our social media page and on our notice boards at the centres.
Gymnastics hosts many benefits for young people in a social and emotions way which include developing social and interpersonal skills, communication skills, confidence, and self-esteem. Physical benefits include improved co-ordination and balance, and development of key fine and gross motor skills.
Our coaching team are here to work with parents and provide as much support as possible to the children within our classes.
The layout of our classes will be as follows:
- 10 Minutes - Warm-up and stretch.
- 15 Minutes - Working on stations set up by coaching team.
- 5 Minutes - Cool-down
