What is GP Referral Swims?
Supported by a qualified swimming instructor - GP Referral Swim sessions are quieter pool sessions where you can complete any exercises given to you by a Health Professional and to enjoy the many benefits of swimming.
How do I become involved in GP Referral Swims?
You can self-refer or be referred by a health or social care professional e.g. doctor, practice nurse, physiotherapist, home care provider.
A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a consultation.
What is the cost?
All classes are included within our health membership which costs £21 per month. This gives access to:
- Unlimited health classes (HARP, Encore Broadway Boogie, Keep Fit Low, Invigor8 etc)
- Unlimited Evolve classes
- Unlimited Gym and Swim
During your consultation a member of our team will provide information on the sign up and booking process.
