Provost Raises Flag for Merchant Navy Day

A flag raising ceremony was held outside County Buildings on Tuesday 3 September for Merchant Navy Day.

Provost Iain Campbell raised the flag at this year's ceremony to recognise the contributions of the Merchant Navy and remember those we've lost during their service.
