The Trauma Informed and Responsive Workshop will include a short update on the progress of the South Ayrshire LEADS project: followed by 2 tabletop activities:

1) Where are we now in South Ayrshire?The aim is for members to reflect on the current context and progress with this work across the range of South Ayrshire community planning partners; and

2)Moving from planning to implementation?This activity will look at the key priorities and actions for progressing this work, with a focus on cross cutting agendas, across all Community Planning Partnership, to ensure we are making sustainable changes.
