Community Learning and Development Plan 2024 - 2027

South Ayrshire Council have a statutory duty to produce a Community Learning and Development (CLD) Partnership Plan in 2024.

The CLD Partnership in South Ayrshire includes, South Ayrshire Council, Ayrshire College, Community Planning Partnership, Health and Social Care Partnership, Skills Development Scotland, Voluntary Action South Ayrshire and Department For Working Pensions.

The current plan 2021-2024 sets out the arrangements for CLD Provision across South Ayrshire noting the five priorities including Youth Work, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Employability and Volunteering, Adult and Family Learning and Community Empowerment and Engagement.

As we develop a new Plan for 2024 - 2027 we want to hear your views on what the CLD priorities should be for next three years.
