Inspire Adult MultiSports

Inspire sessions are designed specifically for participants living with a disability and/or additional support needs.

Inspire Adults MultiSports will run weekly as follows:

Day: Wednesday 

Times: 10:00-12:00 (Main Hall).  Access to the Flexi Pool is also available between 09:00-10:00.  

Location: Citadel Leisure Centre, South Harbour Street, Ayr, KA7 1JB

Cost: £5.00 per session (including access to the Flexi Pool)

Age group: 16+ years 

Do I need to pre-book?

Sessions can be pre-booked to guarantee availability.  Download our app, click BOOK NOW > CLASS BOOKING and look for the INSPIRE MULTISPORTS & POOL sessions on a Wednesday.  Click here for further information and guidance on using our booking sytem. 

Bookings can be made from 8pm 8 days in advance.  You can also call a member of our Reception Team to make a booking on 01292 269793 (payment must be made at the time of booking).

Without a pre-booking, access will be subject to availability on arrival and cash or card payments can be made.
