Booking Arrangements
To ensure our bookings and attendance arrangements provide more flexibility and fairness to all our members. Please review the booking arrangements below:
Advance Bookings:
Members can now book fitness classes 8 days in advance.
Bookings will open each day at 8pm.
Advance bookings enable you to plan your workouts and secure a space in your favourite fitness classes.
Booking Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 6 hours in advance or as a minimum 2 hours in advance to provide other members with an opportunity to book the class.
Cancellations can be done through our app, online or by calling 01292 269793.
Strike Policy: To ensure fair access to classes for all members, we have introduced a booking strike policy regarding class attendance.
If a member doesn't attend a class without cancelling beforehand or cancels the class within 2 hours of its start time, they will receive a strike.
Accumulating 6 strikes within a consecutive 14-day period will result in being unable to book for 7 days.
During the 7-day period, members can still book classes on the same day (subject to availability).
Waiting List:
If a class is fully booked, you may join the Waiting List.
If a space becomes available, customers on the Waiting List will be emailed and the first person to respond will be able to book the space.
Check-In:
Members must scan their membership card at reception or turnstiles at least 5 minutes before class begins.
Late Arrival:
For safety reasons, members arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class. This will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the 'Strike Policy'.
Minimum Age:
Members must be at least 16 years old to book and participate in classes, unless it's a specified TeenFit/JuniorFit class.
