Activating my card

The scheme has now closed and the activation period for the cards has ended.

How do I activate my card?

You can activate your card in a few simple steps. Please have your unique activation code to hand. This can be found in the first letter that was issued to the lead liable Council Tax account holder. 

• Visit this website
• Insert your '16' digit gift card number, this should be entered as 16 numbers with no spaces;
• Insert your '6' alpha/numeric activation code which is in the first letter you received. The activation code is case sensitive, so please enter the code exactly how it appears on the letter

Do I have to activate the card before a certain date?

Yes, you must activate your card before Wednesday 15 February 2023 to receive the credit of £50.  .

How long is the card valid for?

The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
