Provost Raises Flag for Merchant Navy Day

Provost Iain Campbell raised the flag at this year's Merchant Navy Day Ceremony at County Buildings on Friday 2 September. The annual ceremony recognises the contributions of the Merchant Navy and remembers those we've lost during their service.
