Kincaidston Explosion - Update as at 3.50pm Friday 29 October

Although the investigation is still ongoing, Police Scotland have advised that there will be a reduced police presence at the site in Kincaidston from today (Friday 29 October).

Residents who have any concerns about security or public safety in the area should contact Police Scotland by email at AyrshireLPSTAyrNorth@scotland.pnn.police.uk or, in the event of an emergency, call 999.

The Council has also arranged for a security presence on site over the weekend and will review the position early next week.
