Planning Improvement Framework
The National Planning Improvement Framework replaces the annual Planning Performance Framework which was submitted to the Scottish Ministers with feedback provided by performance markers. The National Planning Improvement Framework is based upon what has been identified as the attributes of a high performing Planning Authority.
