Planning Application Fee Increase - Effective 9^th June 2025
Please note that from 9^th June 2025, there will be an increase in planning application fees, as set out by the Scottish Government.
The new fee levels for planning applications, appeals, and local reviews in Scotland are set out in the following regulations:
