mPower Support for over 65s
Please be aware that mPower continues to provide bespoke one-to-one self management support for people 65 and over to improve their wellbeing, and to live safely and independently in their own homes.
They offer practical help from a wide range of services, as well as recommend a range of very simple digital health tools to enhance health and wellbeing.
For the foreseeable future, they will be providing telephone support to over 65s rather than their usual home visits.
Please find their referral form below, or on their website for those over 65s who require support. Please email the referral form to our clinical mailbox or please feel free to get in touch with any queries.

Alzheimer Scotland
Alzheimer Scotland provides support to make sure no one faces dementia alone. They offer support and advice, companion calls and virtual groups and activities.

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland
Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland's Kindness Volunteers are offering a range of support to vulnerable individuals who are self-isolating, including assistance with shopping, medication deliveries, dog walking and regular check-ins.
