Single Occupier Discount Review

If you have received a review letter, this is because you are currently in receipt of a 25% single occupier discount as you are the sole adult resident, aged 18 or over, residing at your property. 

If there has been no change and you consider that you are still eligible to claim this discount, please complete an application and ensure you select option  'Continue' when applying. 

If there has been any change in circumstances, i.e. someone has moved into the property with you,  you can also report that change using the 'Cancel' option on the application.  

Please note, if you do not complete the application to confirm that you are still eligible, your single occupier discount will automatically be cancelled from 1 April 2026.
