Single Occupier Discount Review

A review has been undertaken using Credit Reference Data which indicates that there are additional adults residing at a property where a single occupier discount is currently being claimed.  In these cases, the single occupier discount will be cancelled from 1 April 2026, unless a single person discount application is completed to continue the discount.

If you have received a letter and consider that you are still eligible to claim this discount, please complete an application and ensure you select option  'Continue' when applying.
