There are a number of ways to get in touch with our Advisors across South Ayrshire.
Online
The best way to contact us is to complete our online referral/contact form, we will look at what you or the person you are referring needs and contact you within 7 days.
If you are in financial crisis and have no money for essential living costs, need a food voucher, help with home energy such as gas, electricity or oil, you should make claim a crisis grant from the Scottish Welfare Fund. We can then support with ongoing income maximisation and money advice moving forward.
In person
We are a community-based service with drop-in sessions in Ayr, Girvan, Maybole, Troon and Prestwick.
Appointments are also available in over 60 locations across South Ayrshire, to arrange an appointment in a location at a time suitable to you please complete our digital referral or call us.

Online digital sessions
We offer a drop-in video chat service on a Tuesday and Thursday between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
You can speak to an advisor via video call from your smart phone, laptop, or tablet by clicking the link below during these times.

Telephone us on 0300 123 0900 and ask to speak to the Information and Advice Team. We are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 4.45pm and Friday 9am - 4pm.
