What access is there to computers?	4 computers are available for use, subject to demand. Digital support is available for anyone claiming benefits. PCs/laptops are available with internet access. Free wi-fi is available for you to connect to your own devices.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer?	Assistance is provided for PC/tablet use – for example, using social media, online job searching, uploading a CV. This is subject to staff availability. ‘Get Set’ service provides assistance with setting up/maintaining email account. Digital Skills classes are provided free to clients who need help to use PCs/laptops/tablets – course dates and times will be confirmed by staff on enquiry.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application?	Assistance is provided for completing the Universal Credit application.

What access is there to computers?	PCs are available with internet access and printing facilities. Free wi-fi is available for you to connect to your own devices.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer?	We provide computer support at our ‘Access to Computers’ drop-in facility. Dedicated staff members are available on site to provide support for setting up email accounts, job searching, and general use of the internet. We also offer information on ‘Basic IT’ courses.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application?	Sorry, there is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.
When can I access the computers and available support?	‘Access to Computers’ drop-in is open to members of the public on: Tuesday mornings 10.00am – 12.00pm Thursday afternoons 1.30pm – 3.30pm

What access is there to computers?	6 computers are available for use, subject to demand. All customers require a South Ayrshire Council library card to access the computers. This can be easily obtained; all you need is proof of ID to show library staff and they will provide you with access. PCs are available with internet access and printing facilities. 4 computers available for 1 hour; 2 Express PCs available for 30 minutes Free Wi-Fi is available for you to connect to your own devices.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer?	Subject to staff availability, library staff will help with general use of the Internet and will support you to set up a free email account.

This can be easily obtained; all you need is proof of ID to show library staff and they will provide you with access. 1 PC is available with internet access and printing facilities. Public access to computers for one hour. Free Wi-Fi is available for you to connect to your own devices.
