|What access is there to computers?
||12 computers are available in the Cyber Centre for use, subject to demand.
All customers require a South Ayrshire Council library card to access the computers. This can be easily obtained; all you need is proof of ID to show library staff and they will provide you with access.
PCs are available with internet access and printing facilities.
Public access to computers for up to two hours.
Free Wi-Fi is available for you to connect to your own devices in all departments within the Carnegie library.
|What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer?
||Subject to staff availability, library staff will help with general use of the Internet and will support you to set up a free email account. The Cyber Centre also offer 1-2-1 IT taster sessions, subject to availability, covering the keyboard, mouse skills and the basics of using a PC. The Cyber Centre offers a CV service for a small fee. Please contact the Cyber Centre for more details.

||Unfortunately there is no assistance/support available to help with Universal Credit applications.
