|What access is there to computers?
||4 computers are available for use, subject to demand.
PCs/laptops are available with internet access.
|What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer?
||Drop in sessions in the Adult Learning Room can be used by anyone, clients or staff, for a variety of purposes such as online shopping, e-mail
checking, online job applications, COAST modules, typing assignments - whatever you need to do, as long as it's within
our acceptable use policy. There will be a tutor on hand at each of the sessions to help with the basics or to help you
find out whatever you need to know. But if you know what you're doing and simply need access to a public PC that's also
fine. Literacy & IT courses are also available within Adult Learning.
Aspire2Access drop-in sessions are available offering ICT support, jobseeker support, education/training and employability support.
|What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application?
||Sorry. There is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.
