Online school payments
School payments (iPayimpact) are currently experiencing intermittent issues with their payment gateway provider. iPayimpact are aware and are working to resolve as quickly as possible.
As part of our South Ayrshire Goes Digital transformation programme, we have introduced a new online school payments system – iPayimpact.
iPayimpact is currently only available in our secondary schools. It will be rolled out to primary schools on a phased basis from April 2018. Information will be sent to you directly when the service becomes available in your child’s school.
This exciting development makes it easier than ever for you to pay for your child’s school meals and school trips without the hassle of having to rummage in your purse/wallet/pocket on a Monday morning or worrying about your child taking cash to school.
Instead you can now sign-up – at a time and place to suit you – and top-up your child’s account whenever and wherever 24/7, with your debit or credit card, and using your mobile, PC or tablet.
The new online school payments system is just one way we’re working to make access to Council services easier for you through our ambitious Transform South Ayrshire programme.
Letters have been sent to parents/carers of all secondary pupils telling you how to sign-up. The letter includes a unique account reference for each child and instructions on how to complete the mygov.scot myaccount registration, which is required to use the service. If you haven’t received your letter, please contact your child’s school.
Once you’re set up, it’s easy to manage and monitor your child’s account, taking the drama out of Monday mornings!
If you prefer, you can continue to pay for school meals, trips and other items and activities in the same way you do now.
