Hunter and Betty Cosh have recently celebrated their 75th Wedding Anniversary.

Stephen Hunter (known as Hunter), from Ayr, met Elizabeth (known as Betty) from Edinburgh on a trip to the Palace Hotel in Callendar. They were later married in Lochearnhead Parish Church. They couple, who live in Ayr, have three children, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

South Ayrshire Provost, Helen Moonie, and Deputy Lieutenant, Nigel Martin, congratulated the couple on their very special anniversary.
