The Lebanese Evangelical School, Tyre, on a recent cultural visit to South Ayrshire
A group of international students have been officially welcomed to South Ayrshire by Provost Helen Moonie, as part of a continuing cultural programme.
During a week-long stay a number of young people from the Lebanese Evangelical School, Tyre, were paired with pupils from Queen Margaret Academy where they learned about the Scottish way of life.
It's the second year in a row the visit has taken place. The Lebanese Evangelical School has strong links to the UK, having been founded in 1869 by a British missionary called Elizabeth Bowen Thompson.
