- Public Entertainment Licence
"Place of Public Entertainment"
means any place where, on payment of money or money's worth Members of the public
are admitted or may use any facilities for the purposes of entertainment. Event
types which are licensed by South Ayrshire Council in terms of the above are attached
to the application form.
- Second Hand Dealer Licence
Apply for a licence to sell second hand goods. e.g. antiques, jewellery, sports goods, musical instruments, cameras and camera equipment, furs ,electrical goods and mobile phones
- Second Hand Car Dealer Licence
Apply for a licence to sell second hand cars.
- Sex Shop Licence
Apply for premises to operate as a registered sex shop.
- Skin Piercing and Tattooing Licence
Apply for a licence for skin and body piercing, tattooing and other similar
practices for both premises and persons.
- Street Trader Licence
Apply for a licence to sell goods from a vehicle, kiosk or moveable stall
in a public place.
- Taxi Booking Office Licence
Apply for a Taxi Booking Office
