Water based workout that raises your pulse as well as increasing muscle tone. Work at your own pace and put a smile on your face.

Power Hour

Deep water based workout with no impact. Wearing a floatation belt gets your heart pumping and your muscles toned.

Adult swim lessons

Suitable if you are a beginner who would like to learn to swim, or a competent swimmer looking to improve your technique and fitness.

Fit Camp Gold

Exercise class using stationary bikes and circuit series (toning exercises on equipment). Suitable for beginners or over 50’s


Designed to tone, stretch, strengthen and give balance and control over the body.

Tai Chi

A unique blend of balance, relaxation and mental concentration aimed to increase the flow of energy in the body.


The perfect mind and body experience. Excellent for relaxation.

Tea Dance

Dance to the sound of Alan McPike on keyboards and enjoy a chat with friends over tea & coffee. You can set your own pace: a slow foxtrot is no more energetic than walking, while a salsa will really get your heart pumping. Have fun and meet people.

Walking Football

A slow-paced version of the beautiful game aimed at the over 50s.

Line Dancing

A great way to stay active while socialising and meeting new people. Choreographed dances to uplifting music. You’ll be enjoying yourself so much you won’t even notice that you’re actually having a workout!
