If you are not happy about your service, please talk to the Home Care Co-ordinator as soon as possible. It is usually easiest to put things right if you tell us quickly and speak to the person closest to the problem on the telephone numbers listed above. If you are still not happy, you can use the Council's formal complaints process. Your Home Care Co-ordinator will have given you a copy of the Council's Help us Get it Right Leaflet.
