Where: The Gaiety, Carrick Street, Ayr KA7 1NU
When: Friday 05 July 2019 at 4:45pm

A colourful programme of performances and special events showcasing the creative work of youth theatre groups from across Scotland and further afield.

NFYT offers an opportunity for youth theatre participants to come together, discover and celebrate a shared passion, offering them the opportunity to develop as artists, audience members and creative thinkers. The festival always welcomes the public to its performances to discover the passion and creativity of our young people.

NFYT is produced by Youth Theatre Arts Scotland – Scotland's development organisation for youth theatre arts – in partnership with The Gaiety Theatre, Ayr.

Director: Amanda Glover
Editor: Lindsay Attwood

Photographs is verbatim theatre developed directly from stories shared by young people across Scotland, and was inspired by Professor Green's song of the same name.

This performance honours people who we have lost touch with, shared memories with, live far away or aren't with us anymore.
