Burns Supper - Gaiety Fundraiser

Where: The Gaiety, Carrick Street, Ayr KA7 1NU
When: Saturday 08 February 2020 at 7pm

The Burns Supper is one of the most celebrated events in the Scottish cultural calendar, not just in Scotland, but throughout the world. While some of the parts of the Burns Supper are used in other Scottish cultural celebrations, the Burns Supper follows a common agenda, specific to the celebration of the life, works, and cultural heritage of Scotland's beloved bard, Robert Burns. Our first Annual Burns Supper Fundraiser will celebrate Burns' memory and raise vital funds for Ayr's much loved Theatre. Tickets include a donation to The Gaiety Theatre, a three course meal and an evening of superb entertainment hosted by Master of Ceremonies- Niven Rennie.

Immortal Memory – Hugh Farrell – Curator of Burns Monument & Burns Cottage Guide
Toast to the Lassies – Peter Brown – One of Scotland's top After Dinner Speakers
Reply fae the Lassies – Jojo Sutherland – Comedian, Actor & Broadcaster
Addressing the Haggis – John Sleith – Past Winner of the Globe Inn, Dumfries Tam O Shanter Word Recitation Championships
