Customer service centres

Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Following UK Government guidelines we have made the decision to close a number of our frontline offices, including all Customer Service Centres, with immediate effect.

Most enquiries can be handled over the phone on 0300 123 0900. There are also a wide range of application forms and information available online. Payments can be made online, by phone and at your local Paypoint and Post Office.

Our 5 customer service centres provide easy access to information, assistance and advice on a full range of Council services.

Some of the services available at customer service centres can also be done online.

The Emergency Response Team, now run by the Health and Social Care Partnership, also offer a 24 hour service for a number of council services.
