Maybole Conservation Area Management Plan (CAMP)
The Council has prepared a draft Conservation Area Management Plan (CAMP) for Maybole Conservation Area, in accordance with Scottish Government best practice on the management of the historic environment. The draft CAMP sets out how the Council and other stakeholders will manage the Conservation Area, to ensure its special character and appearance is preserved and enhanced, within the constraint of available resources. It is required to support a Stage 2 Heritage Lottery Fund application for the implementation of Maybole Regeneration Project. Once adopted, the CAMP will form a material consideration in the determination of planning and historic environment consent applications affecting Maybole Conservation Area.
