How to Apply
Due to our office being closed due to COVID 19 we have had to change the way you apply for a National Entitlement Card. Please see the current
methods on how to apply for the different Cards.
60 and Over
Applications can be obtained and returned to all Main Post Offices, but services vary at Post Office Local branches – please check directly with the Post
Office. Soon it will be possible to apply online for over 60s cards.
Temporarily, an alternative application form has been approved to be
used. This can then be emailed to email@example.com or posted to Concessionary Travel Card Unit, Buchanan Bus Station,
10 Killermont Street, Glasgow, G2 3NW (nb: the card issue process has a 4 week turnaround). Please note, you must ensure you are eligible before submitting

Download the application form, if you have downloaded the form you will require to print and return to the
Young Scot Contact Details noted below. If you are not able to print the form please email the address noted below and a form will be posted to you. Soon
it will be possible to apply online for Young Scot cards.
