Mindfulness (Simply Being)
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to our experience. It has qualities of curiosity, alertness, allowing and patience.
Mindfulness is a faculty that can be trained and developed over time.
Our free meeting involves a 30 minute guided meditation practice then some time to reflect on our experience. No need to book a place.
