The way we accept payments has changed. From April 2020 cash and cheque payments will no longer be accepted in our Customer Service Centres. The most convenient way for you to make a payment is by Direct Debit. We can help you set up a Direct Debit for a range of our services, or show you how to pay for some of our services.
We will continue to accept card payments in all our Customer Service Centres. You can also pay by card over the phone by calling us on 0300 123 0900 (select option 1 then option 2). This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
