We're going cashless
The way we accept payments is changing. From the 1st April 2019 we began to phase out cash and cheque payments in our Customer Service Centres in Girvan, Maybole, Troon, Prestwick and The Wallace Tower, Ayr.
You will still be able to pay by cash and cheque until 2020, but we would encourage you to consider using more modern and efficient payment methods.
The most convenient way for you to make a payment is by Direct Debit. We can help you set up a Direct Debit for a range of our services, or show you how to pay for some of our services.
We will continue to accept card payments in all our Customer Service Centres. You can also pay by card over the phone by calling us on 0300 123 0900 (select option 1 then option 2). This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
