What access is there to computers? 3 computers are available for use, subject to demand.
PCs/laptops are available with internet access. Free wi-fi is available for you to connect to your own devices.
There is no public access to printing facilities. Special requests to photocopy or print from a memory stick can be made to the Centre Office.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? Staff are available to help with basic IT requirements.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? Sorry. There is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.

PCs/laptops are available with internet access for use on courses run on the premises.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? Computer skills classes – one-to-one tuition is available. We also offer PC Passport Classes. We run a Monday Job Club – participants must become a member to attend – assistance includes filling out application forms, and creating/maintaining email addresses.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? Sorry. There is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.

What access is there to computers? 6 computers available for use, subject to demand.
All customers require a South Ayrshire Council library card to access the computers. This can be easily obtained; all you need is proof of ID to show library staff and they will provide you with access. PCs/laptops are available with internet access and printing facilities.
Public access to computers for up to two hours. Free Wi-Fi for own devices.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? Staff are on site, however are only able to provide brief assistance subject to availability.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? Sorry. There is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.
