What access is there to computers? No public access to computers.
There is no public access to PCs/laptops.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? We provide advice and information in relation to making claims for a range of benefits.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? The benefits advice includes guidance on Universal Credit. We can also advise on what digital support is available.

PCs/laptops are available with internet access.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? Aspire2Access drop-in sessions are available offering ICT support, jobseeker support, education/training and employability support.
Literacy & IT courses are also available within the Learning Shop.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? Sorry. There is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.
When can I access the computers and available support? Mon-Fri 1pm-4pm

Lochside Learning Centre

Where can I go? Lochside Learning Centre

What access is there to computers? 9 computers are available for use, subject to demand.
PCs/laptops are available with internet access and printing facilities.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? We provide dedicated computer support at set times on a Monday. Support is provided for setting up email accounts, job searching, and general use of the internet. We also offer ‘Introduction to IT’ courses. Employability Advisors run a ‘Work Club’ once per week.
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? Sorry. There is currently no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications. However this will be available in the future.
When can I access the computers and available support? Mon-Fri (general availability) 9am-4pm

Wednesday Work Club 9.15am-11.45am

What access is there to computers? 12 computers are available for use, subject to demand.
All customers require a South Ayrshire Council library card to access the computers. This can be easily obtained; all you need is proof of ID to show library staff and they will provide you with access.
PCs/laptops are available with internet access and printing facilities. Public access to computers for up to two hours.
Free wi-fi is available for you to connect to your own devices within the Cyber Centre.
What assistance/support is available to help me use the computer? One-to-one IT taster sessions are available with an experienced member of staff, subject to availability. Support is provided to set up email, job searching, and general use of the internet. We also offer a CV service (at an additional cost).
What assistance/support is available to help me complete my Universal Credit application? Sorry. There is no facility to assist with Universal Credit applications.
