1. Does your business have an agreement with either the Council or another authorised waste carrier to collect trade waste? 2. Do you have a Current Waste Transfer Note? (This is issued by the authorised waste carrier when the agreement is made) 3. Is your waste presented for collection on time and in an appropriate trade waste container? 4. Are your trade waste containers uplifted frequently enough, of sufficient size, in good condition, and cleaned regularly? 5. Are your trade waste containers removed from the pavement as soon as possible after collection? If you have answered no to any of these questions you may be breaking the law.
