What can our Resource Centre offer?
We can:
- offer you counselling and support.
- talk to you in a group with other young women who have similar experiences, but
only if you want to.
- teach you how to be assertive.
- help you build your self esteem and confidence.
- help you learn to relax.
- help you deal with issues such as anger management.
- provide you with information on alternative therapies.
- help you with your Personal Safety.
