Your Safety
Abusive men often pursue women who have left them and they may attempt to gain information
about a woman's whereabouts from a professional.
If you are working with a woman who is fleeing from an abusive man, make sure that
you follow the relevant guidelines on staff safety for working in potentially violent
situations.
If you have any concern about your personal safety, raise them with your supervisor.
