Sustainability Partnership
Objectives
The range of key action proposals arising from the workshops held during the Sustainability
Conference in March 2005 have now been grouped into four common objectives:
- Develop a climate change
action plan
- Promote green travel
- Promote local biodiversity and natural environment
- Promote sustainable design and construction
Each of the above objectives is led by one or more officers to develop an action
plan, involving all relevant groups, and agreeing appropriate targets or indicators
