Do you need childcare during the October Holidays?

South Ayrshire Council holiday clubs have a jam packed, exciting and fun filled programme of activities and outings for your child to participate in.

Information

Holiday Clubs will be operating Monday 10th October to Monday 17th October 2016 inclusive.

Book early to avoid disappointment as places may be limited.

Services will operate with a minimum of 10 bookings. If we are unable to operate a service due to insufficient bookings we will give you 14 days’ notice and we will offer to transfer your booking to another SAC service (if operating) or an alternative service or give you a refund.

Programme of activities

Please check programme on whether a full or half day booking is available. In the event of adverse weather a suitable alternative activity may be provided.

Costs

  • £20 per day (8am – 6pm)
  • £12 per half day (8am – 1pm or 1pm – 6pm)
  • £90 full week
  • £10 registration fee

Payment must be made in advance to secure your child/s place.

Lunch / snack

Please provide your child with a healthy packed lunch and 2 healthy snacks for the morning and/or afternoon depending on your bookings.

Further information

All the holiday clubs are operated by qualified staff and registered with the Care Inspectorate. We are registered to take children aged 3 – 14 years old and accept many of the government childcare voucher schemes; you may be eligible for help with your childcare costs through Working Families Childcare Tax Credits.
