Home Safety
Accidents, fires and crimes in the home impact directly on individuals and also on all the organisations represented on the Partnership. All of these issues have been addressed separately but never in a co-ordinated way.
The home is an area, which has not been targeted in a multi-dimensional way, therefore there is scope to develop an innovative and highly effective way of dealing with a range of local community safety issues. The Partnership approach is to ensure co-ordinated input into education and preventative measures on crime, accidents and fires within the domestic context and to target those areas and people most vulnerable.
