Community Safety Partnership
Building a Safer Community - Anti-Social Behaviour
South Ayrshire’s Safer Communities Working
Group is working to develop an anti-social behaviour framework
to ensure a comprehensive anti-social behaviour strategy is agreed
and implemented by all the community planning partners.
South Ayrshire Council has in place an Anti-Social Behaviour
policy and a private sector draft policy. These form the basis
of an Anti-Social Behaviour Framework which is being developed
to include the initiatives proposed in a bid for additional resources.
Anti-Social
Behaviour policy (182 KB)
This framework will be agreed by the Safer Communities Working
Group and the Community Safety Partnership, which is a theme
group of the Community Planning Partnership and involves South
Ayrshire Council, Strathclyde Police, the Fire Service and NHS
Ayrshire & Arran.
The Anti-Social Behaviour Framework will provide the context
for the development of the warden schemes, the anti-social
behaviour team and the anti-social behaviour initiatives.
