Construction Consent
Notification of Owners
Where any person other than the developer owns land which fronts, abuts or is comprehended
in the new road(s) or the extension of the existing roads(s) for which Construction
Consent is being sought, the developer will be required to declare that all such
persons have been notified of the application for Construction Consent. A draft
Notice for Service on Owner and Occupiers is included for the convenience of applicants.
